How to report a problem

Email [email protected] with the page URL and what you believe is incorrect. Screenshots help.

Before you write

Two things account for most reported discrepancies:

• Age. Readings are taken once a day. A number here can be up to 24 hours behind what Roblox shows right now.
• Gaps. If a game left the collected cohort for a stretch, its history has a hole in it. That is a limitation of our sampling, not an error in the values we did record.

What we do when we get it wrong

We fix the page, and we say on it what changed and when. We do not silently edit a number and leave the timestamp implying it was always right. Collection bugs that affected a range of dates are noted here.

No corrections have been issued yet. This log will not stay empty forever — when it fills, that is the process working.
